Cursor Background Agents

Cursor's Background Agents pick up GitHub issues automatically. Slope-created issues are formatted to work out of the box.

Workflow

1. In Cursor, enable Background Agents and point them at the repos Slope pushes to.
2. Configure the agent to act on issues labeled slope:opportunity.
3. The agent picks up new issues, drafts a PR, requests your review.
4. You review + merge → close the issue → Slope marks completed → impact measured 14 days later.

Recommended label filter

Start with just slope:low_ctr and slope:missing_schema — those are the lowest-risk + most mechanical fixes. Expand to other rule types once you trust the agent's output.
